Raising livestock is a gamble

I was given the opportunity to interview a local farm, a local icon actually.....

Some days it felt like we were climbing the tallest mountain, and looking back now, that’s exactly what we did.

This barn is over a hundred years old and built with beautiful, huge limestone rocks. Approximately 2 years ago, straight line winds peeled the roof off just like opening the top of a tin can.

My dinner meal plans look a little different than the average person's these days.
